About this product
Spyder Fast Grip Clear is a fast-curing polyurethane adhesive designed for securely fixing carpet grippers to concrete subfloors. It delivers a strong, water-resistant and permanent bond between a wide range of flooring subfloors, including wood, MDF, concrete, and foam. With its fast curing time, your floor will be down in no time.
Spyder Fast Grip Clear is a single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive that provides excellent grab and long-lasting bond strength. It is particularly well-suited for fixing carpet gripper rods to concrete subfloors where traditional nailing is not possible.
The adhesive can be applied using a manual or pneumatic cartridge gun. For best results, ensure the subfloor is clean and free from dust, grease, or loose debris. Lightly moistening the surface can improve adhesion, especially on very dry substrates. Apply the adhesive to one surface only, position the carpet gripper, and press firmly into place. Mechanical fixing or weighting should be used for 15–20 minutes while the adhesive cures.
